Renter Qualification

Application Fee: $50 for first applicant with added $50 for each additional adult applicant. Credit + Background Check is a requirement for all adult applicants and the application fee is non-refundable.
No Eviction, Wage Earner, or Bankruptcies within the past 5 years (*Some exceptions may apply*).
Income MUST be 3x Monthly Rent [Example: rent amount $1,295 – take-home pay must be equal to or greater than $3,885 per month]
Must prove past 2 months of income.
Security Deposit + First Month's Rent due at closing (Security deposit amount is equal to 1 month of property rent).

-MUST be a Pre-Approved Applicant to View a Property.
**Approved Applications Valid Only 30 Days.
**Max 30 Day Hold on Pre-Approved Applicant Properties.
**Security Deposits Are Non-Refundable after Approved Application & Property Has Been Removed from Market.
